I recently had a root canal done here, and I had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, the ladies at the front desk were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. The doctor was extremely professional and careful throughout the entire procedure. He took the time to explain what he was doing step by step, which made me feel very comfortable and at ease during the treatment. The entire office was also very clean and well maintained. Horrible...I went to him a second time and remembered why the experience was bad the first time in 2025. Dr. Michael Orrantia is missing the essential component of being a good Dr. - bedside manner. Not only does he over charge and duplicate services in radiology- he is arrogant and argumentative. Both experiences were bad and I would not recommend him to anyone. I think he needs to retire or take up another profession.
I was referred here with a son who desperately needed an emergency root canal. He is absolutely terrified of the dentist and had a ton of anxiety before the procedure. The staff, doctor, and techs here were absolutely AMAZING. They handled everything with slow patience and went above and beyond to accommodate both a super nervous 14 year old and his anxious father as well :) I would recommend anyone to go here, no matter the anxiety or any other special condition. Everyone was very kind. We were referred here by Dr. Welch and they saw us within an hour of leaving the dentist office to come here. We got the consult we needed and options for treatment. Very professional and prompt service.
Provider was very sweet, great bedside manners, however he did a root canal on he wrong tooth. I ended up having to go again seeing a different provider to do the root canal on the correct tooth on top of that I had to pay for both roots canal which I feel like I should’ve never had to pay for the first one since he did the wrong tooth the first time.
