Dr. Chung and Dr. Chin dealt with my difficult dental situation professionally and completely. I had been avoiding this procedure for 20+ years and that's just my fault. I'm grateful to have things back to good!
Dr Nicholas Chung (Winter Park, FL site) performed my root canal. He and his assistants were professional and thorough. He asked several times if I was ok and he explained everything that he was going to do. I never had any pain after he initially administered novocaine. The office staff was friendly and helpful. No one wants to have a root canal. However, if you have to have one, I would recommend Dr. Chung at AE. Very caring people.
Absolutely the best possible experience under the circumstances! No one likes to have a root canal, but if you have to get one, these are the folks to do it for you. Quick and completely -- no lie -- painless. They have a really great caring attitude, too. Highly recommended.
Amazing team and service! Not sure I would ever equate root canal and words such as great, fun, comfortable. Dr. Martinez, Milexis, and the entire team were great. I had an unplanned root canal. They got me in the same day. The doctor and team calmly and clearly explained what we had to do. During the procedure, she explained things, told a few jokes, and sang to help me be calm.
