I want to edit my review. As I wrote before this office is very nice. I do want to say after receiving my explanation of benefits and realizing that the laser for your root canal is not covered by insurance… any insurance. $150 and you will owe that. I was told that I signed stated that this was not covered. I ask to see this and billing sent me through email where I signed that I’m aware of this charge not being covered. Dr. Jessica Garcia and her staff took excellent care of my root canal. Day after, I have zero pain. Dr. Garcia is a great endodontist. Plus, Jessica and her staff are excellent singers. While you're being worked on they are singing away to the radio. Good singers/entertainment and a great endodontist. What more can you ask for! Highly Recommend.....
I haven't seen many endodontist but I would highly remain Dr. Cruz from the moment I walked in till the moment I left. It was an amazing experience. The staff is so friendly and make sure to check in on you so you're not just sitting and waiting. Dr. Cruz is awesome! She is so pleasant and so knowledgeable and actually explains everything she is talking about. So you can understand it.
