Restorability was predictably confirmed by AEA after reviewing a pre-op CBCT. Happy mb2sday! Maxillary molars have four canals unless proven otherwise. The “unexpected” anatomy is always the norm. Note the bonus DB canal offshoot on the distally-angulated view. The root canal system was disinfected with Sonendo’s GentleWave System and obturated in 3-D using bioceramic sealer and thermosoftened Gutta Percha. Appreciate the remarkable restorative effort on the recall radiograph. i.e., A local favoriteI strongly recommend Dr. Scott Hetz, DMD as an endodontist. The purpose of my initial visit to Dr. Hetz office was for a root canal. Since then, Dr. Hetz has followed up with me by office visit, email, and phone. He was on time for my appointment and efficiently completely the root canal within one hour and a half.
