I called and asked if they could help me get my DOT medical card, and they said yes, so I went in there to take my physical. I paid them $100 just to tell me that they will not give me the test results until I pass a drug screen that is not required by the DOT. When I went back to ask them some questions, one of the ladies that works there threatended to call the police on me. I am very disappointed with the level of care they provide. I went in 3 days ago and waited for an hour. No one else was in the waiting room to be seen buy a physician assistant. I was told the test they wanted to run would be back with results in twenty 42 thirty six hours again, that was three days ago. I've received 0 results. Although I signed up for their portal, they have my email address. They have my phone number, no call, no email. Today I try to call them. I'll get sent to voicemail. Loved the doctors. Very efficient front desk and a great team of specialists. They made sure that I am doing better by giving a call back and seeing me again in the office.
