Love this place ! Nice friendly staff . They take good care of my teeth. The staff actually listens to my concerns and addresses them . I also like that they can text instead of calling since thats not always an option for me .
Pulled 3 of my wisdom teeth and I didn't leave crying. When I had my first wisdom tooth removed I left crying balling in tears from pain. *different dentist* Aftercare. The nurse warned me of getting only ibuprofen and Tylenol witch. I tried to advocate for myself that i would like something stronger, as I received something a lot stronger for 1 tooth removal. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but the lack of accountability, urgency, and basic follow-up care I experienced here was shocking. I had an upper molar extracted due to infection. The dentist didn’t suture the site — which I understood, as they said it needed to drain. But days later, I was still bleeding, and when I returned, they removed the clot themselves and told me another wouldn’t form. I went to Advanced Emerald Dentistry today. What an amazing experience! I usually have really high, bad anxiety when I have to go to the dentist because I have been treated so poorly by other places in the past. But rite when I walked in the dentist office all my nerves went away. I was greeted with the most polite and professional staff. I definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
