Wayne was very kind, friendly, prompt, helpful, honest, and genuine in his desire to help us. He was thorough and efficient, saving us money over other local estimates. We had no water and my mom has dementia so we were in a really tough spot, but he was there in less than 30 minutes, fixed our problem, and saved the day!! Wayne was an absolute God send. We are on a well and there was a power outage in our neighborhood. Needless to say when the power came back on our well had a melt down. We called around and Wayne said he couldn't come out but if we couldn't find anyone else to call him. Well we had to call him. He figured it out and came out. Such a nice guy, and so professional and personable. We figured since it was Saturday that our bill would be outrageous but no. He did a fantastic job we are going to tell everyone about him.
