I don’t do reviews but horrible customer service. Called 4 times and was told I would be called back, never was and then was given an attitude by the women answering at corporate the 4th time I called back. Understand that the day was tough for them with the outages but at least be honest about the info you’re giving. You told me you gave me an answer that you didn’t not and then was rude. Won’t use again.

The afternoon before yesterday’s big storm (6/19/2025) my Generac generator service was confirmed be Advanced Electrical Services Group (“AESG”) as the second appointment of the assigned technician’s schedule the next day. My emergency generator was not functioning and had an error code.
