Used the team at Advanced Electrical Services to upgrade the switchboard at our property. I dealt mainly with Branson. He was friendly and easy to deal with and clearly enjoys his work. Work needed at our house was communicated clearly and was completed at short notice. Any additional work discovered while completing the job was explained clearly (needed to rewire some lights and power points). Tidy work was completed and it was at a reasonable price. Will definitely use them for future work.
They did a tidy job but are expensive and took longer than expected. Their markup on basic materials is unreasonable as well as all the additional fees. I question if all their 5 star reviews are real. Response: Your response is inaccurate. I told you when I booked that it is a fire rated wall and needs to be surface mounted. The electrician turned up with unsuitable materials and it took 3 hours just to install the surface mounted plug which should be simpler than installing it within the wall. Advanced Electrical Services are great to deal with. Alida in the office was very helpful. Tom very efficiently installed 2 bathroom fans, ducted a kitchen fan, installed an electric stovetop, installed some new light fittings. Tom had great communication and did a fantastic job. I thought that the charges were very reasonable.
