If you have an appointment before 9, there is no receptionist for most of the docs. A tech will come out and get you. Would have been nice to know before I stood at the desk for 10 mins. The tech I had was so rough! I had breast surgery for breast cancer and told the tech I am very tender. She didn't care. It was a very uncomfortable experience. When she took the Electrodes off, it felt skin was attached. I will never go back if I can help it!
I was there to see Dr. Gargoum. He sent me to do a few tests at the clinic. I was booked within a short period of time. The front staff was friendly and professional.
The visit went very smoothly from start to finish. The front desk staff were kind and organized, and the check-in was quick. Overall a very positive experience
After my family doctor requested an ECG for my mum, I spent quite some time searching and calling around before finding this clinic — and I’m so glad I did. We barely had to wait, and her ECG was completed within 10 minutes. Everyone was kind, friendly, and reassuring, and they promised to fax the results straight to my family doctor. As we were leaving, they even wished us a Merry Christmas, which truly made my day. Thank you for such wonderful care — I highly recommend this clinic.
