I had a 24 hour heart monitor test. I assumed that the doctor would have let me know if anything was amiss. So I didn't think about it for a long time. I gave the GP the test date information so that he could make sure he had it. He didn't. When I called the lab the first time the receptionist was hostile and extremely defensive. The simple fact was that my doctor didn't receive the report. It should have be a simple thing to send it again. My dad recently had an appointment and said that the staff that he dealt with were very professional and one particular lady took time away from her family on a Sunday to come in and make sure that he had been helped. He appreciated the kindness and professionalism.

This clinic was quiet and patients were seen at their appointed times. My heart needs such a professional and reassuring environment, and this clinic provided it. I give this clinic full marks.
