Dr. Left is the most uncaring and unprofessional Dr I have ever met. He was dismissive of me and my symptoms. I do recommend for any treatment.
I have never left a doctors office feeling like I do right now. Dr.Leff has absolutely no interpersonal skills, in fact I felt like he was just calling me a liar with every word I spoke. It was the most horrible feeling ever. And he would say things about how he had not see these symptoms before, and this was the best one.. well when your lawsuit is over I'm sure all your symptoms will go away... My experience was very good; they are very professional people. Thanks to the doctor, I have recovered and I feel much better. He literally examined everything and gave me an accurate diagnosis regarding my ear. 100% recommended The negative comments are exaggerated
This review is regarding the office. We never got to see a doctor. My mother started receiving early morning text messages (6am) from Advanced ENT suggesting we had an outstanding balance. When we called to clarify the charge, we were told it was because she did not show up to her last appointment. We explained that she did show up; in fact, she was 15 minutes early. WARNING: Read the reviews for this place. I suspect it’s the front office staff. This Doctor and his staff have been fired. All of this over stupid sterile gloves for trach care. This office will not write a prescription for the correct size sterile gloves. Despite practically begging for the proper equipment. This is a sterile procedure. The front end staff obviously don’t know what “sterile” gloves are. Maybe someone should look at the rates and incidences of pneumonias?
