The short black lady that ride a golf car she is very rude unprofessional plus the unload process takes for ever
I had an appointment for delivery at 8 a.m., but I got there at 7:15 a.m. and was unloaded at 7:25 a.m. It could have been a fortunate coincidence. They usually start unloading trucks around 8 a.m., and they prioritize their own trucks first. There’s no place to stay overnight. check in the building on the right. They start to work at 7am . No rude person has been detected.
Place is trash. Don’t show up early. No parking. They don’t load early, hell… I’m passed my appointment and I’m not loaded. Just forlifts driving around. Loading other trucks who got here after me.
Horrible place to try to load at. They confirmed our load once we arrived and had us wait nearly 3 hours just so the shipper could cancel because it seems that they do not coordinate and communicate properly with the broker. Absolutely unprofessional.
