“Protect and manage water” that’s your company promise, what about humans life? This morning around 7:20am Grand Army Plaza, Brooklyn NY one of your drivers invaded my lane then proceeded to throw his truck at me for a second time and finally when I told him that I will report his driving behavior he proceeded to call me a gay slur even after I told him I got him con video. People like this are a liability to your company and a danger to others on the road. Back plate should be visible by the way!
My drains backed up to my house- no bathrooms, no kitchen good times. The receptionist was a doll! Sent out a tech right away. The 1st guy they sent over was sub par, and he left the top of my drain open and wasn’t happy about how late in the day it was. I had to wait overnight, but they sent out Jim & Josh, the A team! My house is fixed, these 2 were fantastic, and Jim & Josh left the house in perfect condition, we’re kind to my dog, friendly & soooo professional & knowledgeable.
