They service our printer at work, and have been phenomenal! Matt recently went above and beyond showing me how to save color ink, and he also changed setting to silent mode while it’s not actively printing. I really appreciated the tips, and our organization will benefit!

Mike was an amazing and patient salesman. I basically make him wait almost a year and finally got a printer from this company. He was never impatient, never pushy or annoyed that I didn't answer my phone, door lol. He really is what convinced me to go with this company and I highly recommend them.
