Scheduled 3 weeks ago to have a refrigerator picked up. They were supposed to pick it up July 3rd. The truck came, stopped, and then just left. I contacted them and they said the driver marked it as picked up, which was a lie. And they said to leave it out there and they would have someone out that afternoon or the next morning. That never happened. I contact them again this morning and was told someone would be out to pick it up today. Again, no on showed up. 3rd time they didn't pick my moms garbage up. This is pathetic and embarrassing for a company with the word management that they cant manage 3 garbage cans. She's paying services and not receiving them. Is this how you treat your elderly customers. Take there money and not provide service. I will be reporting this to the news and better business bureau. If this situation is not rectified.
