I dealt with our new representative Tammie. She was terrific! She followed through efficiently in getting us a new contract. I was extremely happy with her services.

Notified them our revenue was down and we no longer could afford their services and we needed to seek alternative. They refused to stop service unless we pay a fee equal to the previous 6 months of service. This is over $3,000.00 !!! We tell you we are having revenue issues and your answer is to tax us on service not used? EXTORTION! We do have the emails to prove this by the way.
