delivered a new container and have yet to bring the lock and key
Stay away from waste management. Won’t honor quoted prices. We have 3 dumpsters on 1 site. 1 can be empty and one will be over the lid and they will charge hundreds of dollars for overfills even with the empty dilated next to it when it’s all getting dumped in the back of. The dump truck. This is pretty low down way to get extra money
Awful company. I just saw a WM truck with the plate P3458K throwing trash everywhere all over the road. Thank you for polluting our environment more than you already do! Should tell your drivers to not overload their truck so much to where trash comes flying out the back of the truck. They don't even do recycling!
Why is it that if trash falls on the ground they leave it? If this were Fleming Island or Ponte Vedra or Amelia Island we wouldn’t see this.
They have excellent customer service so I will give 3 stars. However we were charged a ridiculous fee for overage, due to some boxes sticking out of the top of the dumpster. We have been doing business with Waste Management for many years, and feel we at least deserved some sort of warning prior to such a high fee.
