When I deal with WM customer support it's usually to complain about something related to my yard or home trash pickup. This morning was no different. I called to say that my yard trash had not been handled satisfactorily. I spoke with Lindsey and explained that my pile was close to the size limit (5 CF), but that about half of that was not picked up due to being over 6 inches in diameter. Only issue is that we have recently found our trash containers balance at the edge of the road/sidewalk or on the road. Not where it was originally placed for pickup. Our roads in the community are narrow so containers in the road makes for an obstacle course.
Great service, with the exception of time of service. I would desire to have pickup time to be more consistent
No problem scheduling my extra trash pick-up. They showed up on the day scheduled and took everything. Nice to see everything was clean where the trash had been stacked. Thanks for a great job!
