I would go with zero stars but it’s not an option. Never choose Waste Management to take care of your garbage. They charge high rates and a lot of times they don't even pick up when their scheduled to. I can’t tell you how many times they would pick up some of the trash and leave the rest setting on the ground. I canceled my account with them and then they send me a bill about 3 months later saying I owe them money. I will never deal with this company again. Save your money and the headache and go with someone else.

Our driver is the best I think his name is John we live in Evansville Indiana off of old state rd in Brookview height subdivision,I’m change service because you $65.00 higher than other company on our town I’m saving over $260 a year we been with your over 25 plus years you all never change our container when you bought the other company
Courteous and dependable. Love that they recycle. The billing is easy and I recommend them.
