Worst company ever. I tried to cancel in 2022 and they told me I was under contract until 2023- although I never signed an agreement. I dealt with their nonsense for two additional years (because customer service is such a headache and I’m a busy business owner) and called back to cancel in 2025. Now they say I am under contract until 2028!!!!! I’ve NEVER signed a contract with this company at any point and they will not let me leave! Well pick up has been missed a few times and I still paid then the bad weather no pickup for 2 weeks but still paid the full amount, now they've raised my bill $30 dollars, not happing, I'll go to the dump
