I’m sorry but they are so unprofessional you can never get a hold of anyone and when you do they hangs up in your face don’t want to answer the phones put you on hold for so long say they are located in Visalia when there is never no one there and when they say there open the door is locked half of the time they will have you waste your time to go over absolutely nothing charge for 2 seconds of seeing the dr I’ve been trying to get my records for the longest time I ended up seeing another gastro dr in Fresno dr Bhalani from ... read more

Dr. Wu gives patients the bums rush by over scheduling and hurried examination with little to offer. Don’t waste your time! See someone in Fresno or get a referral to Stanford.

Unprofessional office, unable to prioritize patients and needs of patients. Went Back and forth between my primary and this office- stated no referral received in office from my primary. Over two weeks of back and forth. Do not recommend this office.

Scheduled a consultation for a colonoscopy, never met the Dr. I saw the Nurse Practitioner who was nice enough. Got a call to sign some consent papers. Reception was rude that I wanted to read what I was signing and said they went over all this with you. I said no, they didn’t. She said, I’m not here to argue with you. I left and called my Dr to cancel my appointment and refer me to a different doctor. Never been treated so rudely. Not sure what she is “here for”, but I know there are other options. Not my first time.
