They DO NOT tell you that there are different formats and that you need to know which format you need so that your doctor or hospital can read your disc! They don't answer there phone! Do not expect to talk to a human the day you begin calling them!!! The MRI and woman setting you up for the MRI, was very good!

After trying for 3 days to get an MRI appointment at the Malvern location, I had to ask my doctor's office to intercede. I spoke with an AD office person named Glorious who disputed talking with my doctor's office plus she said that a new script from my doctor was not sent. Plus my doctor's office set up a MRI date for me and I left 3 voice mails acepting the date and to get a time. However when I finally spoke to Malvern AD the date and time were booked. The staff is great and very helpful. It is much preferable to getting my MRI's done in one of those tunnel MRI's. Even the "open" MRI's aren't really open. I have gone here for 4 of my MRI's so far and will go back again if I need another. I've even referred someone else here who needs an MRI of his back.
