Zero stars This place is going thru a lot of outside contractors for collections of specimens ,why you might ask .? we’re not quite sure but maybe due to the fact they are not paying their invoices for the work that is being done for them.its taking a lot of energy to deal with this company. Not sure how a business stays running for so long. They do not treat patients with respect, communicate clearly nor are they helpful when your test is lost by UPS. You will not get your money back for issues on that end and they will not help recoup shipping losses at the bare minimum. Extremely sad they treat patients this way.
I went to the drive-through COVID-19 testing tent in front of the Shriner's Temple and the employees there were very helpful. I was helped by Ebony and she was very sweet and helpful when I was trying to figure out how to get my results in time when the next day was a holiday. I called customer service and was helped promptly and they assured me I would have my results sooner than expected. The staff is so nice and helpful. Ebony made sure I knew my other options before I decided to come back and get tested at this location. Especially during these times, it was comforting to have a friendly face and compassion.
The testing was quick, accurate and accommodating. Professional establishment which is highly recommended.
