I had never once received a paper bill or an electronic bill from this company. And out of nowhere I get a collection notice in the mail for under $25. Horrible company. Never use them if you don’t have to.

I know these charges are bogus and make no sense. I have my pharmacy records dating back to 2014 showing when this place popped into my life. I will be disputing.

After waiting for almost 2 weeks with no communication, I reached out to them. I'm pretty patient and I was tod that Dr. Nelson was on vacation the week previous and they were waiting for her to do the read on my scan. I was to be notified later that day or the day after. On the 3rd day I called back. I was given the day of my procedure with zero input as to my availability, zero information on my condition and I felt like a number. So I fired them and took my issues elsewhere. No thank you!!!!

Worst Company Ever!!!!! They don't even deserve 1 star! People are treated in hospital's and never receive a bill from this company. Then all the sudden 4-5 yrs later they are trying to sue you!!!!!! You have no idea who they are or what it is about. I see several people saying the same thing. Poorly ran company!!! Your company is a disgrace to the medical field!!! You should definitely be reported to Medicare and Medicaid services!!!! For improper billing patients that are QMB OR MEDICAID.
