So first off, this is a HORRIBLE company. Terrible patient service, rude employees and I can't even tell you how many times I was on the phone with the "Supervisor" who was even more useless than the rest of the employees. Tiffany Kemp shouldn't be supervising anything mush less handling phone calls from patients.
Took longer than expected to get my mri results... never got a follow up call. I had to call them after a week after I was told my mri results will be fax. Now my doctor need a disc of images .. so now I have to go back to ADG for that ... why couldn’t this just been fax over and done with .. I have to harass both parties to get my results. Ridiculous
