I've been trying to pay a bill for months, tried calling and you are placed on hold and billing never picks up. They give you the option of paying online but then warns you that their system has been compromised and you need to put the information exactly as it appears on the invoice. They give you a code which doesn't work and then want you to create an account. If you're system is compromised why would I put my personal information. Then they send you to collections for $26.00 dollars instead of calling you. Smh
