Totally useless company for customer service. If you don't mind being on hold for 30-60 minutes give them a call and you will then give up and leave a message so a rep can get back to you-which never happens!! Have done this countless times.
Took two months to try change from Dexcom 6 to Dexcom 7 with absolutely no response and only got an immediate reply when I didn't respond positively to a recorded call to renew my order.. Don't use this company period . I don't owe anything yet still get a bill. My insurance company's I don't owe anything either. This company is a joke.
Terrible customer service. No one with type 1 diabetes should use this supplier. I have been delayed life-saving medical devices by this company. This company’s incompetence has serious consequences to customers with serious a serious disease.
Best Diabetes Supplies
I have been a Type 2 Diabetic for seven years or so. Itâs always a hassle keeping up with my Diabetic testing supplies. Now I use Advanced Diabetes Supply. Itâ so easy to get my supplies now, I just pick up the phone and my Diabetic Testing supplies are shipped the same day and I can still use my insurance. The staff is courteous and helpful. An absolute disaster of a company. After getting their phone number via Integra Partners, they took 3 weeks to tell me they are not contractually obligated to cover my diabetes supplies. I had to call them repeatedly during a 3 week period and wasted hours on the phone with them to finally get what should have been a simple rejection. Having called them many times and never getting an answer, and using their call back system and never getting a call back, over the past 4 months, I will try to get a different supplier for my CGM products. In addition, they have never sent any email with tracking information. My most recent order is now four days late, and I have been given no information from ADS when I can expect the delivery.
If I could give this company a 0 I would. Worst medical supply company I have ever had to deal with! First they often don't answer their phone, after 5-10 minutes the call just hangs up. They also do not respond to emails. Shipping of supplies is delayed so much that I usually run out completely. Since Dexcom uses this company you are held hostage to their bad service. These are medical supplies, lives depend on them. This company should lose their license.
I had a black hole experience with my previous DME supplier-my local endo team suggested I try ADS-WOW, it was like coming out a fog into the bright sunlight-1st contact ADS associates Sonya & Leanna were professional and exacting-they called me to clarify details...and Holy Moly Batman within a week I had my Boombayah moment when long awaited DEXCOM supplies showed up at my front door. Try 'em you'll 'em-you won't be disappointed!
