I don’t know where to start!! When I started with Julie I was horribly Ill and nothing was regulated! I was depressed and giving up. No one would listen to me about my concerns. Then I met Julie!! For the past few months they have not had regular business hours. They are closed by 130 or 2 in the afternoon and although the message says they reopen the next business day at 9 they are still closed at 930. You CANNOT leave a message after the office is closed for ANY reason and there is no urgent number to call except 911. Noone answers the phone during the day anymore and they have not been returning calls. No explanation to patients.
