I've given them several chances. Horribly inconsistent service and communication. Casual about processing urgent orders. Never get timely emails on shipments or order status. You don't receive order and then call only to learn that insurance kicked it back. No one ever reaches out! DYSFUNCTIONAL!!

This is the worst company to deal with. It takes forever to speak to anyone and they claim to not have a prescription that they told me they had 2 days before. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said I will hear from one in 24-48 hours. Three days later I called and they had NO RECOLLECTION of any of this and said I can speak to a supervisor in another 24-48 hours. It's been over two weeks and I still do not have my prescription.
