Horrible experience with the owner - John Kolt, whom we hired to prepare the application/drawings and get the HOA approval for backyard remodeling. Our biggest mistake was to agree to the terms of the contract prepared by John and pay him $1080 out of $1200 in advance. My wife and I love the outcomes of John and his ADC team working on the front and back yards landscaping from the beginning (getting an OK from HOA) to the end (submitting a completion notice to HOA).
