I enjoyed Jackie as well as Ana. They were both professional and helpful. Even though I had received this treatment on at least two occasions from Kristen Jackie fully explained each step before and during the procedure. She explained what to expect after and in the coming days. I am looking forward to more. I was unable to put the correct date in. I had the procedure September 17, 2015.
I was seen by Elizabeth Jacobsen who was very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I have not been going to Advanced Dermatology, but every time I have seen by anyone at the Center I have been more than pleased.
I saw immediate response to the treatment I was taking. The staff was kind and respectful to me. I have no problems recommending them from me.
From the earlier cyst removal, I experienced what I think was hypergranulation, Dr Dunn took care of it and it's fine now. My only request is that Dr Dunn (and Doc's in general) be more open and chatty about what's going on, although I realize that's problematic from a liability perspective. Treatment date is approx.
I arrive early and was treated immediately. Everyone was very professional. The procedure was done quickly and without pain. I was given all the info I needed and I enjoyed my visit.
Dr. Hestdalen in very professional and is honest about assessing the needs of her patients. I appreciate that she doesn't over treat and uses her experience to know what will work and look good on her patients. I like the two annual special buy ahead events.
I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Dr. Dunn was professional and warm. I felt very comforted with his diagnosis. He took a load off of my mind. If I have any further questions about "oddities" on my skin, I will return to Dr. Dunn for consultation. I will most likely go to him for my next bowel check up as well. Excellent doctor and staff!
