As usual I was happy with my appt today. Staff were very efficient and friendly.
After a lifetime of sun exposure, Dr Johnston (Advanced Dermatology & Skin Care Center) identified areas on my skin that needed immediate care and treatment. After a few visits the sun damage and skin cancer are under control.
Not worth it. I really like the doctor, but their billing is a hot mess. I spent three days + trying to prove a payment that their out of state billing office lost, and I still haven't resolved it. Nobody answers the phone in their Wisconsin billing office, I've called eight times. I left four messages. It makes me wonder if they are this lax with their income, how do they handle and organize our personal information and our health records? How do they keep our personal information secure if they are this lackadaisical with ... read more
