If I could give it 0 stars I would. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I went. I’ve been trying to get them to get me a prescription for 2 WEEKS! The prior authorization was rejected a long time ago and I have to take initiative to tell them how to do their job. It’s annoying because I need to call the office EVERY day, but some days it’s closed, and when they do answer they say they’ll call me back but they never do. SUPER FRUSTRATING!
I would not recommend anyone to come to this office. I have been coming to them since last July and they have not figured out the cause of my issue. I met two doctors at the beginning and then a Nurse practitioner who took over. In November she ordered a culture test which revealed some causes related to my issue. I do not know why the other doctors did not order it before. Questionable practices, slow follow up and uncomfortably small location (at least for the Wildomar office). We had no choice but to bring our toddler with us in their stroller and we were asked by receptionist to wait in the hall. Another patient was kind to open up more room for us in the waiting room so we wouldn't have to step out. Wife received liquid nitrogen spray treatment for warts on both hands. The staff here was very curtious, friendly,& very profesional, especial christina& pilar.. they took time and explained the procedure, & still Walked me threw it.. best experience...
Office is awful. Took three weeks to get a hold of anyone for an appointment for follow up for my kid. Tried calling and using online option no one responded for weeks after multiple tries. Went to get required blood work done and they swore the order was at the lab. Show up with a starving teenager early in the morning to be told the lab didn’t have it. Called was told emergency doctor would call in 10-15 minutes. 15 minutes waiting at lab and no call.
