I want to say that this review is 100% related to the scheduling process. In August I made an appointment which was scheduled for the first week in October. At the very last minute (a few days before the appt) they cancelled my appt. I then scheduled one for the 23rd of December. Just a coupe of days ago they called me to say that once again they were cancelling the appointment. I declined to schedule another appointment for fear of being let down again.

Front desk help are polite, helpful. The doctor was capable, knowledgeable and attentive. Her assistant also did well.
