Called on January 9th to speak to my doctor and had to leave a message because it was after hours which is fine. Honestly expected a call back Monday January 12th but to date (February 5th) I still haven't received a call back.
Dr. Dalben is Fantastic!! She is kind, and thoroughly explains everything. Goes above and beyond
Subpar care at most! I was a first time patient and I work in healthcare so maybe I have different standards of medical practice etiquette. Front desk staff seem nice, my issue was when I was brought back into the exam room no one introduced themselves, the lady who screened me could've been a MA, nurse, PA, no clue... as a first time patient I would assume they would say their name and title, then this lady proceeds to take pictures of my skin on an IPad with no explanation....
