The doctor is very kind and professional, and I truly value her care. However, on several occasions, I’ve noticed that the front desk staff does not greet patients as warmly as one would expect. A friendly greeting and more attentive attitude would make a big difference in the experience from the moment you walk in.
My mom went to see Gabriela after suffering with relentless, debilitating itching for months after already seeing an allergist who prescribed several different allergy medications that were ineffective and concluded via BLOOD TEST she had no allergy. Instead of doing her own testing following this information, all Gabriela did was tell her to go to an allergist!!
