In my opinion and experience this location is very poorly run outside of the lack of cleanliness in the exam rooms it is impossible to get in touch with staff for results i've been calling for weeks at this point and no one has replied.
I met with Dr. Brody. He was extremely thorough. He saw that I was nervous and made a lot of jokes to help me feel at ease. He really cares and is very attentive. Takiyah was the medical assistant and she also was very sweet and caring. Danielle the receptionist also made sure I was ok and helped me relax. Dr. Brody is only at the Riverdale location once a month and should be there more often.
