I was genuinely looking forward to returning to this dermatologist because of a great experience years ago, and they’re very conveniently located near my home. Unfortunately, this time the receptionist, Brittany, was extremely rude and dismissive. Dr Suzanne Friedler including the staff at Advance Dermatology are very attentive and professional. I went online on their website and got an appointment the next day. I went in a little concerned but Dr Friedler answered all my questions and took care of my issues very well I am very happy I found a great Dermatologist

The most unprofessional dermatologist I've ever seen. She's rude and judgemental and just leaves even though she has appointments scheduled with absolutely no notice..... we waited an hour at the office just to find out the doctor was gone for the day even tho we had an appointment with her...... DO NOT SEE DR SUZANNA JENNIFER FRIEDLER she is the worst possible doctor in her field hands down.

My visit was quick and easy. Grace Wang was very efficient and her MA was so caring. But the receptionist who checked me in and out seemed like she hated her job and did not make eye contact or respond to any of my greetings. Not a good look for someone who is first point of contact for patients.
