Updated August 2025: The wait for the Dr. was much more reasonable though still a bit long. Otherwise, my comments from before stand. Overall a very good practice! 2021 comments: I have only positive things to say about the main doctor (Dr. Friedler) or the resident with whom I met. My only reason not to give this practice 5 stars is the 2 hour wait to see the doctor.
I wish i can give 0 stars to Dr Friedler. I have never seen someone so ruthless and disrespectful especially to the staff. I come here for my child’s treatment for light therapy. While i was in a room with one of the medical assistants dr Frielder opens the door without permission /consent and begins to yell at the nurse in the room. I am not sure what was going on but it was very unprofessional. She did not apologize to me and my child for interrupting her light session neither did she apologize for just even opening up the... read more
Consistently running 30-60 minutes late on their appointments. Be ready to potentially spend 30 minutes in the waiting room and another 30 minutes waiting for the DR in the exam room.
Dr. Friedler and her team are great. Dr. Friedler is very knowledgeable, attentive.
