Dr Fox and his staff are truly amazing. Dr Fox in particular is so skilled, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He truly cares about his patients and wants the best for them. The laser treatments he has done for me, including some pro bono ones, are life changing. He has fought with my insurance on my behalf vigorously to get certain treatments covered, and succeeded. No other dermatologist would go to such lengths for his patients. He is one of a kind. I am forever grateful!!!

I will not be going to this location. Not clean. Your appointment time is not the exact time. I would wait between 30-40 mins. I always paid my copay when told. After getting a small treatment done I wasn’t told my copay for that til I got multiple texts right after being at that appointment that I never paid. I’ve been coming to Advanced Dermatology for over 15 years and couldn’t be happier. Dr. Taglianti and his amazing staff feel like family. Diana and Stephanie at the Fresh Meadows office are the sweetest, they always make sure I’m taken care of and add a little laughter to every visit. Everyone in Dr. Taglianti's team go above and beyond to ensure I’m satisfied with my care, and their kindness and humor always brighten my day. I absolutely LOVE them! 😊
I was genuinely looking forward to returning to this dermatologist because of a great experience years ago, and they’re very conveniently located near my home. Unfortunately, this time the receptionist, Brittany, was extremely rude and dismissive. Despite me explaining upfront that I could get a referral quickly, she kept repeating their policy and seemed annoyed to even have to explain it.
