My husband had an appointment and the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Rachel Person was wonderful she is professional, kind, and thorough. The nurse that assisted her however, was very unprofessional and condescending. When I accompanied my husband to the room she looked at my backpack and rudely asked "are you moving in with that bag?" We were very disappointed in that moment and hope offending patients isn't her normal routine. Thank you.
Dr Rachel Person was highly professional and showed true interest in my wife's ongoing skin issue. We had seen a Dermatologist who had a large facility and staff plus a billboard with his picture within sight of his examination room, he charged 3 times as much and did a poor job. Dr Person and Advanced Dermatology of the midlands has my thanks..
Jacob Ridder is an AWESOME provider!! And love visiting the Maple st location! I will always go see Jake at this location. The receptionist Staff is always super helpful and kind and so welcoming. And the nurse that took me back, made me feel so comfortable right away. Jake took time to listen and care for all my Concerns. He took time, to explain everything so well. He even wrote down Instructions for all of my new medications! A big Thank you to Jake and his team!!!!!
