Large parking lot, however frequently at capacity, so parking could be problematic. Inside the building, STRICT policy of DO NOT APPROACH receptionist desks, any of them, unless you're called to approach.
Dr.Moon and staff very professional. No long waiting . Explains everything , the procedures and diagnosis to my full understanding. Office very neat and clean, Very easy to make appts. , Has not left any ugly scars on areas affected.
I see Cristina Coscu and she is amazing. Very nice, through and knowledgeable.
I really like Dr. moons nurse Karen. She is sweet and funny as well as patient. However, Dr. moon’s frontline staff at the front desk are SO unfriendly. They never smile, or act like they want to help you. Maybe Dr moon should give them all complimentary Botox so at least they look happy while their being rude and dry to everyone.
Dr. Moon was very nice and personable. He explained in detail how and what he was doing. His staff was also very nice. I will go back to him.
