Had my first appointment on a Friday at 1, it went well except for the fact that my med is still not called in today on the following Tues. Called on Monday and was told Dr is out and they would message her, just called again and Dr is out and they are messaging her again. Dr will be in on Wed and check her messages. This is not acceptable to me being in the health care sector for many years , my patients always came first and prompt action was always a required practice. This should be looked at and corrected.
