I am a patient and the doctors are great. I’m writing about my experience with a receptionist (Mandy). I called to schedule a new patient appointment for my fiance. Mandy asked “the appointment isn’t for you?” And I said no it would be for my fiance. She says with a pointed tone, “well, he’ll need to call to schedule himself because he’s an adult”. My fiance called and spoke to a different receptionist who said that is not their policy and apologized.
My wife and I have been going to Dr Lau for many years. I do not believe you can find a doctor more caring, friendly and knowledgeable as he is. We feel Very Blessed to have hime as our dermatologist.
