Don't like the attitude of the staff, or their procedures, I am an hour away and was late due to an accident on the way, traffic was slow and they refused to see me. EVERY doctor appt I've been to my whole life, I arrived 15 minutes early and get seen 20 minutes after my appt time. They told me to come back another day, gas is very expensive these days, they could have still seen me.there are seven doctors in that "strip mall" office, SOMEONE could have seen me after driving the distance. I WON'T be back there again!!
The OFFICE RECEPTIONIST MANDY makes my skin crawl. This practice was awesome several years ago, talking 10 years ago. I Recently went and it was a terrible experience!!! I was going to give this place another shot after this time and yet again I left feeling sick after dealing with MANDY THE RECEPTIONIST! She is extremely narcissistic! The lady doctor I saw wasn't much better as she giggled under her breathe and told me my skin condition was due to anxiety and unfortunately she didn't have the license to prescribe me the rig... read more
Superior service, caring staff… what more could you ask?
I had a great experience at this office. I had been trying to get a dermatologist for some time, and a friend recommended this practice. Front end staff were courteous and friendly. Dr. Jackie Rowan was fantastic! I felt that she genuinely cared about my issues and went above and beyond. I will definitely continue to go there for any dermatology needs!!
I would give this receptionist the lowest possible BELOW ZERO rating. In the last 4 !!calls she has been SO RUDE, SO UNCOOPERATIVE. I WOULD NOT ADVISE any new new patient to become involved in this group!
