Don’t go to this hospital if you would like to get well. Their ER and hospital staff operate at subpar standards. They do not provide compationate care. My father went in for infection but they somehow managed to mess up his diabetes medication where they overdosed him on insulin causing his blood sugar to drop to 38. They also caused some IV messup which left him with swollen left arm. (PRIOR2 going here)”we were told no pediatric GI in Clearwater area for our lil guy under a year”@ the place we went also was dirty & took 2hrs.+ to get to baby weighed w/all clothes on etc.WORST OF ALL the Dr.made my fiancé and myself extremely uncomfortable
Parking can be challenging but there is a valet service that is usually very good until today. My husband pulled in to pick me up because I have trouble walking after treatment. The attendant chastised him for pulling into the wrong lane. My husband explained the issue but was met with a less than hospitable response. Additionally, 3 other valet employees could be overhead making jokes about the situation and mocking their co-worker and my husband. Very unprofessional and mostly not helpful for me and my husband. This facility is filthy dirty. There are stains all over the carpets and the publuc bathrooms are dirty. There is one restroom ONLY LOCATED on the ground level. Clean it up. This is deplorable for a med facility.
