Great practice staff is amazing are really nice
Place is absolutely terrible! Wife goes in to get stitches removed and the nurse was very rude and unprofessional! She came in with an attitude and didn’t tell my wife anything, she just took an alcohol pad to wipe the area and begin to yank them out without letting my wife know when she was about to begin. Meanwhile my wife is crying while she was taking them out and the nurse could give two craps. This is not how you run an office!
Showed up for appointment and nobody there. Completely closed, no phone call to cancel from them. I sat outside the office with another guy waiting for them. They never showed. Bogus franchise.
I have been going to Advanced for over 10 years. I am one of the lucky ones who was out in the sun most of my life. The treatment I get is the best. Dr. Lanoue, and Dr Lian are wonderful. Would recommend them for all your dermatology needs.
