I use to love the Zephyrhills office I have cancer on my nose I’ve went there for a long time they removed other spots on my face I lost my Medicaid so I bought insurance that when I called they insured me they took it at that office but the only thing that they took it for was office visit so a long story short because of them I now have to have radiation on my face, they would not except payments or even try to help me .i guess no insurance no help .

Great practice staff is amazing are really nice
Place is absolutely terrible! Wife goes in to get stitches removed and the nurse was very rude and unprofessional! She came in with an attitude and didn’t tell my wife anything, she just took an alcohol pad to wipe the area and begin to yank them out without letting my wife know when she was about to begin. Meanwhile my wife is crying while she was taking them out and the nurse could give two craps. This is not how you run an office!
