Amazing medical professionals and staff! After dealing with many doctors that couldn't help my condition, Daniel took it upon herself to help me. I was seen the same day and earlier than my appointment! I would 100% recommend them and continue to go back!
This place has moved to 12525 Philips Hwy #101, Jacksonville, Florida I have not been there yet so i will give 4 as I was at a different location my first time and thought it grate. I don't know haw to rate this location yet.
The front desk staff is extremely rude and in considerate. They do absolutely nothing in a timely matter. They had my 93 yearned grandparents sit and wait in a waiting room for hours on end. And when I confronted Lisa she became extremely rude . I feel sorry for anyone who has to go here
This doctor office doesn't accept AARP United Health Care HMO insurance. It would have been nice if when the appointment was made on the phone that they would have told me that they don't accept UHC but they didn't. Went to the appointment handed the receptionist my insurance card and then was handed paperwork to fill out. After filling out the paper work and waiting a bit I was informed that my insurance wasn't acceptable but for twice the amount I would pay if my insurance was acceptable the doctor would be happy to see me... read more
My husband went to have a cyst removed. Did not accept AARP and was not told that. Saw the doctor and the cyst was NOT removed.. That is BS. Was charged a $70 c-pay and did not get treatment. Just a way to make money and to have the patient go back, well that is not happening Was told it was a consultation appointment at the office. Who does that!!
