While I had no problem with the service every single time I needed to get a prescription called in they never did it timely. Perfect example I had appointment at 8 o’clock this morning and it is now 5 o’clock at night and no prescriptions were called in. It’s completely useless, which is now another day that I go without taking a prescription. This is not the third time this has happened to be.

I spent my whole morning on the phone, getting this set up. Got to my appointment. Everything. Then they say I need a referral as my appointment is about to start. I'm on vacation. They wasted half of my day! DO NOT GO HERE!

Save yourself the misery! I called to make a Botox appointment with shirisha vallarapu because they were having a sale for the first 8 days of May. When I made the appointment, I mentioned wanting units in my jelly roll under my eye, of which they notified me only certain doctors do that, of which Shirisha does. When I saw Shirisha and told her I wanted my crows feet and jelly rolls done, she told me she doesn’t do jelly rolls. When I pushed back she said she would but prefers not to. Since Advance Dermatology took over this place is terrible. Scheduling, talking to an actual person is all down the drain.
