The his was my first experience at a dermatologist and it was to have a suspicious non healing sore checked to make sure it was not cancerous. So I was definitely anxious and didn’t know what to expect. Everyone from the receptionist to the lady who walked me back and asked questions were super friendly and made me feel at ease right off the bat. I saw Tatum and she was exceptional. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I did not have to wait at all for my appointment. Dr. Bird was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
I have had cosmetic and medical procedures at the Warren office and I've been more than happy with the experience each time. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I have recommended this practice to several of my friends and family.
