While I had a great experience with the doctor, obtaining return calls has been next to impossible. These are return calls related to surgical procedure questions, biopsy results and procedure scheduling. Unfortunately I gave up and had to switch practices after the person who returned my call after multiple message, advised me that it is normal to have to wait 2 weeks for a return call. Ever since switching providers, I’ve been billed incorrectly and charged more than I ever have before. When I call the insurance or billing company, I get nothing but the runaround with no real explanation. The clinic is no better, they never explain why visits cost so much or why I’m being billed this way. I’ve gone to other providers for the same procedures and never had this problem. Stay Away! I was told 3 times that the follow-up would be free and when I went scheduled it, they had availability in just two weeks but when I asked to confirm it would be free, the first available was an additional 6 weeks! Then after the appointment, they argued with me and demanded $84. Then they charged me a 3% surcharge without asking. Unethical business practices. Do not do business with this company.
The info the dr provided was excellent but the wait time of 1hr was ridiculous.
