My son had an appointment. We were running 7 min behind due to the school schedule. I called multiple times to this office way in advance to explain , except I got hung up on 5 different times. I am sure they have this on record because it’s recorded. Went to the office at 12:07 to check in and the nurse shares , I was 15 min late and the doctor went to Lunch and I had to reschedule. Instead of arguing. I said we won’t be back. They may not even care, but customer service matters to me.

Absolutely do not recommend. I had an appt with Dr. Crawford today at 8am. I ended up waiting over an hour and later went to ask the front desk what was going on as I saw everyone I came in with had already been called up and then new people who came in after me was being called. When I told her I had another obligation at 10am and to determine what my wait time would be at the the hour and 15 min mark, she told me that Dr. Crawford was still in. a surgical procedure that is running over. I loathe the operations of this office. Each staff member, including the Dr passes blame on the corporate office. I waited an hour in an office that was every bit of 90+ degrees inside only to be told they don’t have insurance approval to see me. I was there last month and he now tells me that visit didn’t get approved either. Maybe it’s me but I expect my insurance to be confirmed in advance of my appt. I had an appointment at the Alexandria office on January 19, 2026 for a cyst on my face. I received antibiotics and was told to schedule an appointment for the removal in a month. I went to the Ft. Washington location today (February 20, 2026), for this follow-up. First let me say, I called the office and left a message on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 and it is Friday and I still do not have a call back.
