Absolutely do not recommend. I had an appt with Dr. Crawford today at 8am. I ended up waiting over an hour and later went to ask the front desk what was going on as I saw everyone I came in with had already been called up and then new people who came in after me was being called. When I told her I had another obligation at 10am and to determine what my wait time would be at the the hour and 15 min mark, she told me that Dr. Crawford was still in. a surgical procedure that is running over. I loathe the operations of this office. Each staff member, including the Dr passes blame on the corporate office. I waited an hour in an office that was every bit of 90+ degrees inside only to be told they don’t have insurance approval to see me. I was there last month and he now tells me that visit didn’t get approved either. Maybe it’s me but I expect my insurance to be confirmed in advance of my appt. I had an appointment at the Alexandria office on January 19, 2026 for a cyst on my face. I received antibiotics and was told to schedule an appointment for the removal in a month. I went to the Ft. Washington location today (February 20, 2026), for this follow-up. First let me say, I called the office and left a message on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 and it is Friday and I still do not have a call back. I had an appointment and when I got there they told me the doctor was over 1 1/2 hour behind. Mind you my appointment was at 10:00am, how are you that far behind that early in the morning? I took off work and used my leave to drive up there for them to tell me of the wait time. Why not have called me and other patients ahead of time to let us know of the delay. If the the staff would’ve given me a call I would have cancelled then. Also keep in mind I had talked to two staff members on the phone that morning (and even 30 min ... read more
