I arrived for my appointment and the waiting room was filled with patients who had been waiting hours for appointments with the doctor I was there to see. The ONLY doctor on staff. There were no updates or apologies, just “she’s running behind”. Three of us had to reschedule. It’s disrespectful to people who take time off of their work to travel to an appointment and have a medical concern to be kept waiting hours and left with no option but reschedule and do it all over again.
Very, very poor functioning of a doctors office. They are very hard to get in contact with over the phone. When they call you they don't leave messages or update on your chart why the last person in the office called you so therefore you're being sent in circles back and forth for them to figure out why you were called. They do little to nothing to help you before your appointment time, as in will not notify you if your insurance was verified or pre authorized before your appointment time so you waste time out your day to ev... read more
Horrible “bedside” manners. The doctor and receptionist!!! Horrible!!
The front desk staff is not doing the business justice and it’s sad because I love my doctor but thinking about switching! On my last visit…. Appointment was over, you go to the front to pay your bill and leave. I was told rudely to wait by a male. I waited and waited and over 20 minutes after seeing him have several conversations, and gladly help someone that had just walked in because he had nothing else to do.
