Poor customer service. Wait time in the waiting area is more than 30 minutes and the wait time while in one of the rooms is 30 minutes. Poor service and no regard to customers time.
I wish Dr Sharleen wasn’t here because the patient service is trash; to get an appt was crazy on line site was confusing, the front office is nothing like her previous staff lack engagiement, friendly affect. I hate when I love a doctor but hate their staff but I need both to be aligned. Would never recommend because of the scheduling and very poor patient customer service.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. My daughter has been to this office 3 times with eczema inflamed purple skin that was weeping and hot to the touch only for the doctors to tell her she needs to follow up with a primary care doctor and turned her away. What kind of practice are you to turn a visibly sick, desperate patient away when you are supposed to care for skin conditions? Shame on you all, from the front desk staff to the supposed doctors. This girl is desperate and miserable and you helped not one iota.
I visited Dr. Lynda Crawford at the Advanced Dermatology center in Fort Washington, MD in June 2025. I arrived at my appointment at the scheduled time of 2pm and after waiting an hour and a half in the waiting room, I was finally called to the back at 3:30pm. Once in the exam room, the nurse never acknowledged or apologized for extremely long wait time nor thanked me for patience. Went to see Dr. Crawford for an 8am appt. She came rushing in at 8:30am and I got called back around 8:40. I was told she would be in to see me in another 15 minutes. That would make her about hour late. I left. This seems to be a habit of hers, don’t waste your time!!!! Go somewhere else.
