I agree with phyllis. I booked an appointment a week and a half ago told about my insurance was and they didn't say one word they didn't call me the next day or the day after they waited a week and a half to two weeks almost before my appointment the day before the appointment to say they didn't accept it. I could have booked another appointment with somebody else if I would have known this but now I'm back to square one and you know how long it takes to get an appointment with them so I called them asked for the supervisor ... read more
