I just called to ask about scheduling an appointment, they don’t take my son’s insurance so I asked if there was anywhere they might know of. She spewed off a number without asking if I had even a pen to take it down, then when I asked her if I could have that number again because I wasn’t ready, she said “ I thought I just gave it to you?” I don’t have the same insurance as my son so they would take me, but note to self I will never go there for anything, not with that stank attitude. I agree with phyllis. I booked an appointment a week and a half ago told about my insurance was and they didn't say one word they didn't call me the next day or the day after they waited a week and a half to two weeks almost before my appointment the day before the appointment to say they didn't accept it. I could have booked another appointment with somebody else if I would have known this but now I'm back to square one and you know how long it takes to get an appointment with them so I called them asked for the supervisor ... read more
