Since Advanced Dermatology took over very disappointing. You can’t even call and speak with anyone in the office. If you have an emergency you are out of luck.

The PA who saw me, Lauren Hartman, told me the large bump above my eyebrow was an osteoma and would be too risky of a procedure to ever remove. She was so confident in her diagnosis when I questioned it. 6 months later I found out it was a lipoma from a plastic surgeon who examined it and said it was super easy to tell. He was shocked that anyone would think it’s an osteoma. I even got a ct scan to confirm and yes, it’s a lipoma. Getting it removed this month and the PS said it’s an easy procedure. First impression went poorly. The way I was greeted was unwelcoming, the way I heard one of them them speak to a client over the phone was very rude and unkind, and they forgot I was even there! I went in 20 min early to fill out 10 minutes worth of paperwork, it was so slow in there, nothing was going on. I even saw a client go back and then leave, and I continued to wait to be called.
