The services are good but they have serious scheduling issues. You make appointments weeks in advance and then they have to reschedule. I’ve been 4 times and every time I get a call hours before my scheduled appointment saying they have to reschedule and asking me to drop everything and come in now, or cancel my appointment. There’s no apology or sense of inconvenience, and it’s really offensive and absolutely ridiculous. I like the doctors but I might have to find another practice that takes their appointments seriously.
I received very good medical service during a cloud burst of rain , I’m waiting now for it to heal.
This office is a joke. Let’s start with the front desk. If and if you can get the girl to take her AirPods out of her ears and eyes off of her phone maybe she will get her job right. Very rude, pretentious, and all around lake of interest in her job. Two separate presentations and and both sent to the wrong pharmacy. Just all around bad service. The front desk is terrible. If you can get her off her phone and AirPods to do her job correctly “ correctly” being the key word. And as for the doctor more like pharmaceutical sales person. No real concern about your condition more about pushing medication that isn’t what you need. It felt like financial rewards for the doctor. Very precious and very little listening. Place was amazing! From the staff upfront, to the doctor who did my procedure!! Highly recommend this office! Everyone was professional and absolutely great!
