Absolutely bad. I had a confirmed appointment but when I got there, the nurse said the doctor is in surgery and doesnt want to see me!!I have been a patient for over 20 years, but recently, they have changed the place to a cash machine, neglecting patients and disrespecting them by ignoring their own scheduled appointment.I changed my dermatologist immediately.
I have been a patient at Advanced Dermatology for years. Their actual medical service is fine, but this review is in response to their super shady billing practices. I went for a routine skin exam in March of this year with the same provider I have been seeing for years, Dr. Glassman. No other services were performed at the visit… it was just a simple skin exam. During my last appointment I spoke with Amanda the front desk receptionist and I was told that I had to reschedule my appointment after I was already there for 45minutes because Nina G***** had left for the day. I was told she left after the fact I arrived and did not notify anyone. I was also told the supervisor would be contacting me to apologize for the Inconvenience.
