Very professional. The staff are all kind and respectful. I had the Hybrid Laser Treatment to target hormonal Melasma (this required 1 treatment every 4 weeks. 3 sessions in total). Cate was my clinician and she was amazing! Her expertise and skills resulted in my skin improvement after my second session. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. I felt completely comfortable and confident in her care.
I had great services right from my initial phone consultation to my treatment. Holly was very professional, answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable during treatment. I have done my first hybrid fractional resurfacing treatment and I have seen significant improvement. I am hoping for a clear and beautiful facial outcome at the end of my third session.
The whole team is professional, but special shoutout to Macy who's really thorough in treatments she provided. Her gentle bed side manner also helped me relax and trust the process and her expertise. I have been seeing great results from the treatments they recommended for me.
