This office has been purchased by a new physician, Dr. Rashid. She is fantastic! Easily the best dermatologists I've ever had. The older reviews were for a different doctor. I highly recommend visiting her.
Called today to see about getting a prescription refilled and the girl answering the phone was not into customer service or kindness at all, as she was not friendly or very helpful. Had to talk quite a while to get her to open up with answers. Hope the new Dr. Rashid can teach her better manors and be kinder and more informative to her customers that, by the way, affords her a paycheck. Don't believe she under stands this concept and that makes for a sad situation for any business.
My husband had to wait a few weeks to get in to see Dr. Michaud, he has severe psoriasis and was hoping for some help that he hasn't been able to get from a former dermatologist...he offered zero solutions, and only spent maybe 3 minutes with him! Total waste of time and money! Dismissive and not professional...$50 co-pay down the drain!
Great Doctor, was able to help me quickly, and he knew his stuff.
