I had 2 pilar cysts removed 4 months ago from another dermatologist. Anything that could go wrong did go wrong with that procedure even though the cysts were relatively small. They did not numb me up enough. I felt the cauterization and let me tell you... its like someone putting your head on a hot stove. I had an appointment today for Mohs surgery. When I arrived on time with 15 people in the waiting room waiting to be seen I was asked to fill out paperwork. I told the little girl I had done so online. She said they didn’t have it and handed me the self check in tablet. All my info was already in the tablet. The only thing that wasn’t was my payment. Surgery was fine, was told my insurance was fine, paid the copay but when I came into get my stitches removed I was told I had a near 500 dollar bill after I was told there were no further charges. Lame Edit: Thanks for the canned response, that fixed my problem.

Everyone is so friendly and I am very thankful you are in this area to care for us when we need you. The availability is wonderful. The Doctors, nurses & staff are professional and very thorough.
