I've saw people were asking why they couldn't get in and what's going on. Sadly Dr. Brant (my dentist for 20 years) passed away recently after a courageous battle with cancer. He was a great guy, good dentist and patient person. He will be missed.
Have been going here for years with no issues. Love the facility and staff. Trying to set up my next appointment for the last few days now and the number doesn't work??? What's going on?
Had an appointment set up for the 26th of December at 10 am. Tooth has been killing me for over two weeks. I took time off from work to get it done. They call an hour before my appointment to tell me the doctor can’t make it and he won’t be back until January. WOW!! You can’t even make this up! I also told them I had another tooth bothering me. They wouldn’t even look at it! Just told me it was probably the other tooth causing the issues.
Went in for severe tooth pain and swollen, tender face. Was told a small part of tooth broke off and I just need a root canal. End of story. Went to a different location found out I had an infection, the tooth needed to be removed as well as my wisdom teeth. Other location was able to get me meds and schedule surgery in one appointment. Advanced did nothing to help me. Seemed like they only wanted my money (root canal appt).
